Terms of Service

Oblivion Marketplace operates a website at oblivion-marketplace.com and a set of Discord bots — including OblivionBookingBot — used to run our Discord server at discord.gg/obc. By using our website, joining our Discord server, or interacting with any of our bots, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms cover oblivion-marketplace.com and the Discord bots operated by Oblivion Marketplace across our EU and NA communities, including our booking, attendance, application, support, moderation, and general utility bots. They do not cover Discord itself — your use of Discord is separately governed by Discord's own Terms of Service.

Oblivion Marketplace is a World of Warcraft boosting/carry community. Advertisers post paid boosting orders in our Discord server, boosters claim and complete those orders, and payouts are split between the advertiser, the booster, and Oblivion Marketplace. OblivionBookingBot is the Discord bot that manages this process — posting orders, tracking claims, and generating payout records.

You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use our server, website, or bots. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for all activity that happens under it.

You agree not to:

• Scam, defraud, or attempt to defraud another member.
• Use alt accounts to circumvent role-based order limits or other restrictions.
• Post or share malicious or scam links.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the bots or the booking/payout process.

Violating these rules can result in removal from the server and loss of access to our services, at our discretion.

Boosting orders are paid for and payouts are made in in-game gold. Payout amounts are calculated from our internal balance ledger and the role-based limits described by OblivionBookingBot, which are kept in sync with our records in Google Sheets. We do not guarantee a specific payout timeline beyond processing orders as they are completed. If you have a payment or payout dispute, contact our staff through our Discord server.

Oblivion Marketplace is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. Boosting services may carry risk under Blizzard's own Terms of Service, and you use our services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action taken by Blizzard or any other third party against your game account.

Our website, Discord server, and bots are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblivion Marketplace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, Discord server, or bots at any time, for any violation of these terms or at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Oblivion Marketplace, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
